​With 20 years of experience in operational management in the automotive industry, Julie has worked in France, Martinique, Guyana, and Reunion Island. Frequently facing challenges related to organization, recruitment, and talent development, she completed a program at Harvard Business School focused on talent management and obtained a certification as a professional coach.

 

Specializing in coaching, organizational consulting, and transformation, she supports private and public sector companies in various industries (hospitality, retail, food service, transportation, etc.). She is based in Reunion Island.
